We are looking for a Shift supervisor.
Location: Lommel
As a Shift Supervisor, you serve as the link between the office and the warehouse. You manage a team of approximately 12 employees.

PROFILE, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

5 years of experience in a logistics or warehouse environment;
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role;
Reach truck and forklift certification or relevant experience;
You have excellent communication skills and know how to motivate your team;
Able to work efficiently, with a structured and detail-oriented approach;
Strong awareness of the importance of hygiene and safety;
Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of WMS systems is a plus.

Efficiently oversee and manage a range of warehouse processes to ensure optimal operations;
You ensure smooth continuity of operations through clear shift handovers;
Provide excellent support to customers and suppliers within the warehouse environment;
You ensure smooth communication between the office and the warehouse;
Organize and adjust team staffing to align with overall operational requirements;
You motivate and coach your team;
Uphold high standards of order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the warehouse;
Report directly to the Operations Manager.
