Responsibilities:
- Day to day resource coordination for the convert area.
- Ensuring rotations and skills are coordinated.
- Ensure all labour hours are accurately collected in KRONOS/time sheets.
- Actively manage leave and attendance expectations.
- Shift reporting each evening.
- General organisation of the production lines.
- Creating SOP’s.
- Dealing with any quality issues escalated from the Operators
