Description:

Shift Supervisors at Zambrero are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and store presentation. This position aides in supporting store management in the day-to-day activities of the store.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that store operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Proactively solve customers’ problems and complaints
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed
  • Act as a leader and serve as a role model for store employees
  • Maintain and replenish inventory in a timely manner
  • Train new staff members on store procedures as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and food regulations
  • Monitor and adherence to store and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Working knowledge of store operations and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work nights and weekends as needed
