For the expansion of our production site for automotive glass (roofs, windshields and rear windows) in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), we are looking for committed colleagues (f/m/d) who will help shape our success story with their expertise and passion.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and supervise production operators.
- Develop versatility in the team to adapt it to customer needs.
- Monitor safe work behaviors for all team members, monitor unsafe working conditions or behavior to Plant leadership as needed, respect of existing rules
- Provide leadership and direction to employees, to influence positively their behavior, to continuously improve their know-how and knowledge and to reinforce the message of ownership and responsibility.
- Deploy Lean tooling in order to get Lean thinking.
- Assist the team in meeting the quality, yield, volume objectives set by Plant leadership, in close cooperation with Learning & Development
- Lead improvement actions to reduce customer claims.
- Detect deviations, anticipate issues, identify the root-causes, define/ apply appropriate actions, and measure the progress, to reach the main targets.
