Location: Oldenzaal
What you can expect
Currently we are looking for a Shipment Coordinator for our location in Oldenzaal. You will manage the daily shipping and distribution operations together with your colleagues being part of the Supply Chain Team.

Responsible for:

• Preparation and provision of all required import/export documents.
• Coordination and handling of transport requests or consignments by sea, air, and land haulage.
• Request and evaluate offers and confirmation of original inquiries.
• Administrating the business software with all typical transport data like cost, correct dates, weight, etc.
• Verification of transport service providers and market monitoring concerning changes in availability and new supply sources.

What you will bring

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• A successfully completed study or secondary education in a Physical Distribution/International discipline.
• 5-7 year work experience in a similar position.
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch (verbally and writing).
• Affinity with software programs and knowledge of Microsoft office.
• IATA DGR certificate and IMDG certificate is a plus.
• Living within an hour driving distance from our Oldenzaal office.

The provision of a certificate of good conduct (VOG) is part of the procedure. ROSEN Europe covers the costs of applying for a certificate on your behalf.
