We are looking for our next great team member to join our parts team as a Shipper/Receiver & Parts Driver. In the role you will be responsible for picking up and delivering parts to and from our customers, other dealerships and vendors as well as processing incoming and outgoing parts shipments at our dealership. This position offers great variety in that you will not only spend time working in our dealership, you will have the opportunity to get out while you are picking up and delivering parts AND you will have the opportunity to learn and develop as you support the parts team with inventory counts and other tasks.

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in shipping & receiving is considered an asset, but not necessary as we are willing to train!
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sound mathematical aptitude and computer literacy
  • Good organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 80lbs
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pick-up and deliver parts to and from our customers
  • Verify parts orders and shipments to ensure accuracy
  • Load and unload all parts deliveries
  • Prepare customer orders and processing product returns
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records for reporting and tracking
  • Inventory management and general support for the Parts Department
