Description:
Hourly base is $40,560 a year
Overtime available
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Shipping Associate
1. Prepare outgoing customer shipments of product. Preparation will include, picking, staging, item verification
and truck loading of product as per SPBCo SOPs.
2. Receipt of finished goods into finished goods warehouses, to include scanning and proper stowing of finished
goods into set locations as per SPBCo SOPs.
3. Utilization of the UPS and FedEx Shipping platforms.
4. Will be required to travel to and from SPBCo facilities to complete job-related functions utilizing SPBCo
company vehicles. “Valid Driver’s License Required.”
5. Will be required to make customer deliveries/pickups and transfer materials between SPBCo locations during
periods of absence or vacation coverages.
6. Assist in control and proper documentation of inventory for end of the fiscal year.
7. Assist with General Housekeeping to comply with SPBCo AIB Policies.
8. May be required to perform receiving duties during periods of absence or vacation coverages.
9. May be assigned to other areas, when deemed necessary by Supervision or Management.
Receiving Associate
1. Receive raw materials, repair items, misc. purchases and services into the SPBCo Imaginera System per set
SOPs.
2. Inspect, count, measure and weigh all articles to verify the contents of shipments to bills of lading prior to
receiving into the Imaginera System.
3. Distribution of all received items to the purchasing parties/departments.
4. Examine articles for defects and sort articles according to extent of defect.
5. Utilization of the UPS and FedEx Shipping platforms.
6. Assist in control and proper documentation of inventory for end of the fiscal year.
7. Produce BOL and load scrap bales into trucks for removal.
8. Assist with general housekeeping to comply with SPBCo AIB Policies.
9. May be required to travel to and from SPBCo facilities to complete job-related functions utilizing SPBCo
company vehicles. “Valid Driver’s License Required.”
10. May be assigned to other areas, when deemed necessary by Supervision or Management.
