JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the store while ensuring that products are readily available for our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes is a plus.
- Ability to operate a forklift; certification may be required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining product displays.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are organized and displayed correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist customers by providing information about products and helping them locate items.
- Operate a forklift safely to move large quantities of merchandise when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient inventory management and replenishment.
- Perform cashier duties as needed, including processing transactions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
