Description:
We have exciting internal opportunities for a Shipping Clerk (Job Share) to join the current customer service team. Successful candidate will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Shipments of products i.e Transformers , Spare parts , Samples etc on a daily basis.
- Providing customer satisfaction by meeting their order and delivery requirements.
- Meeting our daily and monthly shipping targets and sales figures.
- Exportation of documentation and customs clearance for transformers.
- Liaising with shipping firms and booking slots into the yard.
- Coordinating with customer service representatives to ensure special delivery instructions are carried out as per Customer requirement.
- Reviewing shipping invoices for approval prior to payments.
