Shipping Clerk - UK Operations

Intralox’s UK Operations is looking for someone to bring fresh thinking and shipping knowledge and experience to our Shipping Team in Kingswinford. The successful candidate will be a positive, energetic individual with sound knowledge of packaging and shipping and forklift driving. You have good knowledge of shipping in a fast pace environment with challenging targets.

• Ensure the assembly area is free of finished belts at all times.
• Pack all orders into appropriately sized boxes and securely band them to pallets to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepack accessories in date order, verifying quantities, work order descriptions, and instructions.
• Upon completing an order, check the system for any updates and ensure labels are placed on the correct boxes.
• Process orders in compliance with instructions and guidelines, ensuring they are ready for final shipment.
• Prepare all necessary shipping documentation and book EU shipments with carriers.
• Organize labeled boxes for loading and transport.
• Ensure compliance with the Known Consignor process for air shipments.
