DESCRIPTION:

Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting Shipping Coordinator role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As a Shipping Coordinator at Pillow Talk, your overall purpose is to ensure cost-effective and timely shipment and delivery of products from international sources to optimise supply chain functions that support our overall company objectives.
A bit about you…
At least 2 years’ of international freight forwarding experience with comprehensive import, customs, and shipping knowledge
Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics concepts
Experience in 3PL/Cross-Docking preferred but not essential
Highly personable and confident individual who has an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with internal customers, suppliers and colleagues
Results-driven and strong appetite for achieving shipping objectives
Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability
Ability to work independently and to use initiative and judgment to solve problems effectively and achieve results
