Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a customer service / documentation employee, you are responsible for processing the B / L’s, manifesting the ships and invoicing.
This means: entering exchange rates in your own system, chartering, forwarding a draft B / L & invoice to the customer, handling any corrections to B / L’s and delivering the B / L.
You check the payment conditions of the customers and follow up outstanding.
The administrative completion of the ship is also part of your duties.

You have preferably worked for a few years in a maritime environment and if possible in shipping
