RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Loading and unloading of material to reduce damage to minimal levels.
  • Balancing the loads and loading of the transport vehicles. Unloading of transport vehicles. All in a safe manner.
  • Read, understand, and follow all Safe Work Practices for machinery and equipment.
  • Working with the production team in balancing the shipment schedule with the plant output.
  • Coordinating the necessary export documents, and invoicing.
  • Processing paperwork for incoming goods.
  • Manage the bar code protocol for all profiles.
  • Providing positive and effective customer service support to management.
  • Qualifications*
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrated by leading by example.
  • Ability to operate forklift expertly.
  • Ability to load and unload materials of transport vehicles.
  • Understand company safety regulations and relevant occupational health and safety legislation.
  • Understanding machine processes, paperwork systems, and quality standards within the plant.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, and priority management capabilities.
  • Effective communication ability for General Production, Operators, Management, customers, and contractors.
  • Proactivity, creativity, and initiative for continuous improvement to the business processes.
  • Ability to organize in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
