Graduate Scheme: This graduate scheme is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to thrive in the dynamic world of commercial shipping. Over a period of approximately 18-24 months, you’ll gain a well-rounded understanding of the industry, develop technical expertise, and learn the ropes of client success management. You’ll gain unparalleled exposure to a huge amount of international shipping companies both in APAC as well as the Middle East.
Structure: The program is divided into stages, providing a structured learning journey with hands-on experience. You will embark on a nine-month rotational program where you’ll be embedded within three distinct roles. This immersive experience will provide you with a deeper understanding of all aspects of Signal’s commercial operations. The graduate scheme will be managed by the SVP of Sales and the day to day supervision will rotate across the various teams involved.

Responsibilities:
Immerse yourself in a fast-paced client success environment, directly addressing client inquiries across all aspects of Signal Group’s products.
Hone your communication and problem-solving skills while building a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Conduct software training sessions for new and existing customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support activities.
