Boeing Global Services is seek a Shipping & Receiving Specialist B to join their team in Dallas, TX.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 1+ years’ experience with SAP systems
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift
• Must be able to stand for extended period of time to successfully perform the job requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• PIT experience
• SAP experience
• Receiving experience
• Hazmat Receiving

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

• Responsible for the receipt and shipment of incoming materials, supplies, and products
• Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition
• Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used
• Records received and shipped items according to established procedures
• Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and associated documentation
• Records information as it pertains to shipments, including weight, charges, damages, or any discrepancies
• Completes special projects and other duties as assigned
