Description:

Lympha Press is hiring a Shipping/Warehouse Manager as a full-time job in Chadds Ford, PA.
As a a Shipping/Warehouse Manager, you will supervise and coordinate activities of the Shipping Team’s and Warehouse Technicians responsibilities and functions for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop employees and guide employee growth.
  • Participate in leadership team activities.
  • Develop and institute processes.
  • Ensure shipments are accurately prepared and sent within established parameters.
  • Oversee the activities involved for equipment repairs.
  • Maintain the warehouse in compliance with accreditation and OSHA guidelines.
  • Oversee Marketing department’s shipping needs, including trade shows and marketing materials.
  • Ensure proper time management and coverage for Shipping Department
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts for all warehouse product Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Works effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments.
  • Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to effectively manage and supervise Shipping Team personnel, including planning, assigning, and directing work in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Proven ability to develop and institute warehouse and shipping processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring shipments are accurately prepared and sent within established time frames.
  • Experience participating in leadership teams and guiding the growth and development of employees.
  • Proficiency in basic algebra and geometry for calculations such as discounts, percentages, volume, and area.
  • Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, with a willingness to wear necessary protective gear during job duties (e.g., N95 respirator, eye protection).
