We are a fast-paced, creative team committed to producing high-quality visual content. We’re looking for an experienced Shoot Coordinator to manage and execute 20-30 shoots per month, ensuring every project is executed with precision and creativity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Shoot Director, Production Coordinator, etc.).
• Strong skills in photography, videography, and post-production.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Experience with global market trends and cultural awareness is a plus.
• Must be able to join immediately.
• No freelancers, full-time only.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Social Media Agency: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Excellent English (Preferred)

• Plan, coordinate, and direct 20-30 shoots per month, maintaining high creative and technical standards.

• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
• Oversee post-production to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead the team, provide feedback, and manage multiple deliverables efficiently.
• Work with clients to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
• Cater to diverse cultural aesthetics for a global audience.
