OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the shop’s operational needs.
  • A friendly disposition with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
