Shop Assistant

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work long hours
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends
• No qualificaiton or work experience required, we will provide all the necesary training.
  We need people who are committed and turn up to work on time unless they have a reasonable excuse

• Assisting customers with their needs, advising them on usage of the products.
• Assisting the store manager in resolving staff queries.
• Operating POS system accurately and processing transactions correctly
• Ensure that external reports are maintained properly.
• Product merchandising to make sure all products are available and presentable
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store, work benches and displays, mopping etc.
• Packing and unpacking products
• Receiving goods and ensure they are of acceptable standards of the store
• Keeping all food safety records up to date in accordance with the local council requirements
• Inventory management
• Pick up and deliver the products to and from marl‹et. Ensure all returns are processed in a timely manner.
• Assisting in setting up the promotions, marketing and advertising material. - Ensure maintenance of health, safety and food standards.
• Responsible for opening and closing of the shop
  It is a Full-time role working minimum 40 hours per week and will be paid $29.66 per hour.
