Responsibilities:

  • Coach, develop, and inspire our store design teams to increase home furnishing interest and stimulate impulse buying, through matrix relationships.
  • Guide and support our store teams to create relevant and inspiring range presentation solutions, optimize store layout, and establish effective store communication.
  • Reflect the IKEA Brand identity and create a visually, impactful, and inspiring customer experience in all our units.
  • Responsible for developing shop design solutions for market-specific needs and opportunities in line with local commercial priorities and common guidelines.
  • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact.
  • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate and be a role model of IKEA values.
  • Be a country super user of planning tools and actively contribute to improving the tools in the super-user network.
