Panzer’s is a premium delicatessen and food emporium located in St. John’s Wood for over 75 years. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a shop floor team in delivering an outstanding customer experience whilst ensuring the day-to-day operations run efficiently.
The Floor Manager will support the business in driving revenue, developing talent within the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, controlling a wide range of costs and ensuring compliance of all legal requirements. You will work closely with the General Manager in looking at new ways of working and opportunities to maximise sales and improve productivity.

- Develop initiatives, processes, procedures and controls to maximise revenue and efficiency
- Ensure compliance of health and safety and food regulations
- Play a pivotal role in the future success and development of the business
The ideal candidate
- Experience of managing in a similar retail or hospitality environment
- Passionate about food, drink and service
- Able to consistently provide exceptional customer service and guest experience
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Able to develop talent and implement the appropriate skillsets within the team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Computer literate with an understanding of reporting and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command of the English language
