Your tasks
The Training Coordinator should be focus on developing training plans and supporting in an efficient way to increase the knowledge between processes trough different operations and giving the right following to the mandatory training spread out to comply each safety regulation or guideline.
In coordination with HR Departments should agree the New Training plans for the years coming.
In coordination with PPI should agree the plan to train the people with new processes and new changes in the production methods.
In coordination with Production Supervisors, should be focus to develop flexibility trough the process working with polyvalence and polycompetence
To be aware of the turnover within the training period due to the History.

Your profile

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 4 Years of the experience working with production processes and manufacturing areas
• Strong Leadership to agree strategic plan according to the training necessities
• Strong Knowledge in production processes to provide good feedback and proposals to the team members.
• Bilingual as a Plus.
