Job Title : Shop Sales Assistant at Sandbar Swimwear
Location : Changi Airport, Tanglin Mall, Great World City or Paragon

Sandbar Swimwear is the leading family swimwear brand in Singapore, dedicated to eco-conscious practices and passionate about the oceans. Our swimwear is made from recycled plastic bottles and for every item sold we remove 1 KG of ocean plastic waste.
Sandbar Swimwear is also committed to providing high-quality, unique premium swimwear for across the family, with popular matching designs, premum finishing and best selling high end textured and embroidered fabrics.
Established only recently in 2022 Sandbar Swimwear has grown quickly. We already have 2 stores in Singapore and 10 stockists globally across luxury hotels and resorts.
As part of our further expansion plan we are hiring a Shop Sales Assistant who embodies our values of environmental responsibility and exceptional customer service, ready to lead our dynamic store team and drive our mission forward. The Shop Sales Assistantwould have an exciting career path and package that grows as Sandbar Swimwear does.

Responsibilities :

  • Champion Our Mission : Embody Sandbar Swimwear’s mission to pull 1m KGs of plastic from the ocean and relay our commitment to sustainability to all customers coming into the store.
  • Exceptional Customer Service : Deliver outstanding service to all clients, helping them with sizing, fitting and giving them an unforgettable experience.
  • Visual Merchandising Excellence : Maintain the highest standard of store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Sales and Service : Ensure an engaging customer experience, leading by example in sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Upselling and ensuring customers are purchasing mutlple products in store.
  • Team player : Be part of a strong, cohesive team.
  • Brand Ambassadorship : Understanding to the core the brand story and be ale to take all customers through the journey.
  • Store front: Uphold and enhance brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
  • Sales Goals Alignment : Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales goals and enthusiastic to achieve these objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2 years in retail sales preferably some experience in womens/mens/kids wear or the environmental industry is a plus.
  • Availability : 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Open to working some evenings or weekends if needed. Public holidays paid extra if opted to work.
  • Skills : Proficient in customer engagement, basic merchandising, and visual skills.
  • Communication : High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Autonomy : Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Requirements : Capable of standing/walking for a full shift and lifting a minimum of 5KGs for stock boxes.
  • Age and Language : Must be at least 17 years old and fluent in English.
