Fraser Valley Fire Protection has been in the Fire Protection and Life Safety Industry since 1977. We are a full-service fire protection company and specialize in sales and service of Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting Units, Fire Alarm Systems, ULC Dialer Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Backflow Preventers, Fire Hydrants, and Kitchen Suppression and Special Suppression Systems.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

• Reliable mode of transportation to and from work (valid driver’s license required)
• No prior industry experience required
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing
• High School Graduation/Diploma required
• Basic Computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Friendly customer service skills
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, move and push loads weighing over 40lbs/20kgs

• Perform testing, inspection, servicing, and repairs of all types of portable fire extinguishers, air cylinders and other shop equipment as per industry requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Continuous learning – Industry Standard Education will be provided
• Keep shop area clean
• Any additional duties as assigned
