Shop Volunteer (Media Specialist - Falmouth)

Your local British Red Cross shop has a variety of activities available for volunteers to support us in. From sorting stock & preparing donated items for sale to providing great customer service to our donors and customers - we have something to suit most people’s interests. Our shop is a great place to learn new skills and share existing ones. We are currently looking for Media volunteers to help us in our shop. If you have a keen interest in books, vinyl records, music and movies, this may be for you! Media volunteers - typical activities: - Researching and pricing items including books, music, movies/TV and games - Attractively displaying items for sale within the media section - Helping and advising customers - Undertaking general activities as needed including till where requested. No experience is needed. Full training will be provided. When can I volunteer? A few hours during the week/weekend - as agreed with the shop manager. There is no minimum commitment or fixed hours, we only ask that we agree hours you are confident you can attend and that you let us know where these hours may change. Interested?
