Role: Shopper Marketing Executive
Location: HARIBO Head Office, Castleford (Hybrid working- 3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Working hours: 38
Salary: Competitive; plus a 5% bonus
Position type: 18-month fixed term contract
We are on the hunt for a ‘Shopper Marketing Executive’ to come and join our sweet life of HARIBO!
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sweet seat within our HARIBO Customer Marketing team where you will play a core role in driving sales and brand engagement through the development and implementation of marketing strategies that influence customer behaviour at the point of purchase.
Within this role you will report directly into Rianne, our fantastic ‘Shopper Marketing Manager’, whilst also working collaboratively with a whole host of HARIBO colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Design, Production as well as Commercial Finance. This could be your opportunity to make your mark and create some sweet goodness at the happy world of HARIBO.

CAN YOU SUPPLY OUR ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS?

Are you currently operating with the Shopper Marketing or Trade Marketing space and are looking for your next opportunity? Don’t worry if you don’t have specific FMCG experience, we would still love to hear from you!
This could be a fantastic move if you’re currently sat within an agency role and are looking to make that transition from agency to becoming a Supplier.
Calling all graduates too…we would also love to hear from you if you’re currently sat within a Marketing based Grad role and are looking to make the jump into the world of confectionary.
To really thrive within this role, we are looking for someone who naturally takes a proactive approach as well as takes pride in building strong relationships with key stakeholders internally within the business and externally with customers and agencies. A real eye for detail is also paramount, we are looking for someone who is super organised and isn’t fazed by juggling multiple projects at the same time. A passion for Marketing is also key, we are looking for someone who can bring lots of new energy and enthusiasm to our Customer Marketing team.
