Description:
SHOPPER MARKETING MANAGER
For our HQ Sales&Marketing in Legnano (MI), within the Business Unit Consumer Goods , we are looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager who will propose and implement shopper marketing activities to activate plans that deliver on our strategies.
Furthermore, the selected candidate will propose and implement customer specific shopper activation plans in Trade Marketing related to relevant 7P for all channels both on and off line, included promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Tailor Made Promotional activities on all brands, from ideation to P&L definition, implementation, monitoring and follow-up on results
- Work with Agencies to ideate activities, develop and adapt artworks and promotional material
- Manage Pre and Post evaluation ROI analysis on Essity Promotions at customer level and provide clear recommendations
- Manage Nielsen data and internal sources to evaluate business performances and define next steps
- Support Customer Marketing team to prepare and present business review and regular reports regarding Promotional levers on all brands
