We’re searching for an exceptional Shopper Marketing Senior Strategist to join Traffik on a 12-month contract!
Based in Melbourne, this role sits uniquely within the nexus of traditional brand strategy and shopper strategy - a space where long-term brand building meets the immediate motivations of the shopper journey. Responsibilities:

  • ; Blend Brand & Shopper Insights: Shape insight-led strategies that address both brand equity and shopper engagement, aligning brand storytelling with the practicalities of purchase behaviour.
  • ; Drive Strategic Vision: Work as a strategic lead, partnering with the Managing Partner, Account Directors, and our clients to architect multi-channel solutions that resonate across the brand activation spectrum. Your work will be pivotal in defining the strategic foundation for creative that’s as motivating as it is meaningful.
  • ; Integrate Data & Cultural Insights: Use a blend of data-driven analysis and cultural intelligence to create strategies that inspire creative teams and deliver measurable results for our clients. Here, you’ll influence not just the “what” but the “why” of brand activation
  • ; Champion Innovation & Inclusivity: Foster a culture of innovation within the team, sharing best practices and inspiring others to think dynamically about brand and shopper intersections.
