About Us: Allied Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM System Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams. As a Short-Term Administration contractor, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our CRM system to ensure seamless data management and workflow efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in CRM system administration
Strong understanding of CRM system configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
Experience with workflow development, report building, and dashboard creation
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Configure and customize the CRM system to meet business needs
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access levels
Develop and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards to track sales performance and customer interactions
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by importing/exporting data, cleaning up duplicate records, and resolving data discrepancies
Provide training and support to end-users on CRM system functionality and best practices
Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems with the CRM system
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the CRM system
Perform regular backups and maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and data security
