Description:
Overview:
As a Demand Planner/Customer Collaboration Associate you are the driver for a strong KPI performance of your customer. You will be the voice of your customer to increase customer centricity thinking and perfect execution within the E2E supply chain.
Your key KPI’s are volume Fill, On time and in full delivery, forecast accuracy and cost.
You will provide an accurate forecast of demand for selected accounts, driving collaboration with our Commercial key account managers, Customer contacts, DX (Demand Acceleration) organization, order management, long term demand planning, custom collaboration executive.
The role involves supporting the team using data and analysis to guide the Customer Collaboration team to make the right choices and decisions regarding future forecasts for specific customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate short-term demand forecasts (looking forward 16 weeks) through collaboration with customer, commercial and Net Revenue contacts. Adjust forecasts as necessary to include local market intelligence.
- Ensure timely and accurate demand upload in the internal forecasting systems (JDA) that drive production and material planning processes.
- Review seasonality of forecasts and ensure these are reflected in a timely manner (in collaboration with long term demand planning team).
- Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, service and obsoletes results to identify and implement improvements (via standard Tableau or BI reporting).
- Utilize demand planning exception reports to identify and fix potential issues
- In depth root causing to bridge gaps between forecast and actuals (via LEAN methodologies)
- Review upcoming out of stocks and or obsolete risks. Drive actions to reduce impact for our customer and impact on your KPI’s.
- Lead weekly reconnects with order management agent to avoid firefighting and drive results
- Prepare review with customers to enable smooth supply (e.g. with new product introductions, for end of year events,..)
- Own, lead and prepare for weekly QCDM Reviews
- Own, lead and prepare cuddles with cross functional team (sales, DP long term,..)
- Build Collaborative Relationships with Customer Contacts with aim to have joint forecasting or other customer collaboration programs (e.g. VMI,..)
- Supporting colleagues /manager in covering for illness and holidays.
- Adherence to Pepsico policy (confidentiality,.. )
Qualifications:
- Master degree -preferably in Supply Chain, logistics ,International commerce or related fields - or proven strong thinking/ problem solving skills - able to identify and remove obstacles to progress
- Able to transform data and information into meaningful insights.
- Recommended 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a FMCG environment or any experience in a Demand Planning/ Customer Collaboration or Logistics environment.
- Knowledge of retail (multi-channel) supply chains
- Strong eye for detail and able to see connections in data, events and trends
- Very good planning & organisation skills. Able to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with different people and parties in a professional way.
- Highly customer-focused with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Result-driven, enthusiastic and have a high energy level
- Team player and able to work in an autonomous and challenging work environment
- IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP)
- Very good bilingual (Dutch & French) with good knowledge of English
