As a Short Term Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in daily production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders
• Developing dispatching list to oversee work orders to ensure resource planning, shop capacity, tooling and materials availability
• Working within our ERP system (Oracle) to identify material requirements, analyze supply and optimize inventory KPIs
• Overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacit

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in Engineering or a good experience in Manufacturing environment
• Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment
• Display a mechanical knowledge with an analytical approach to innovation
• Have a good knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and competency with MS Office
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English and Italia
