As a Showroom Consultant based in Scarborough you will be responsible for:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the perfect bathroom solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide design ideas and recommend suitable products. Create detailed quotes and follow up to close sales.
- Ensure the showroom is always tidy, well-presented, and stocked with the latest products and information.
- Handle any customer enquiries, issues, or concerns with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous experience in a sales or retail environment, ideally within bathroom, kitchen, or interior design.
- Experience with Bathroom/CAD design is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small team to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
