    Baunat Group, owner of the internationally renowned diamond jewellery brands Baunat and Valquère, is searching for a Diamond Jewellery Advisor for its showroom in Munich.
    In this position, you will be responsible for the turnover and growth of both brands, thanks to your affinity with jewellery and passion for sales and service.
    To successfully fulfil your role, you will get a hands-on sales and product training, including a visit to Antwerp headquarters and workshop to smoothen your onboarding. This will help you own the two brands and position yourself as key figure for the German market.
    To build a long-term relationship with our new colleague we need a motivated, mature and flexible person. Someone who can easily combine commercial tasks, with administration and business development. The ideal candidate is self-employed and works part-time (60%), so the position can easily be combined with other (professional) activities.

  1. Sales & marketing
  • Your primary focus is sales.
  • Guiding clients in their search for the perfect jewel via email, phone, chat or during showroom visits.
  • Facilitating appointments, explaining the company’s business model and showcasing our fine diamond jewellery.
  • Stimulating existing clients for repeat purchases, nurturing your relationship as their personal diamond jewellery advisor.
  • Taking care of after sales requests (size adjustments, upgrades,…) before and after execution in our Antwerp atelier.
  1. Showroom Management & Business Development
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the Munich showroom in all its aspects (commercial, administrative, interior,..) in consultation with the landlord/building manager.
  • Supporting and devising local initiatives related to marketing and public relations (accommodating influencers, organising small events, borrowing jewellery for magazines,..).
  • You will get the chance to play a pivotal role in the future expansion of our German market by opening new showrooms or pop-ups for any of the brands (expected for 2025).

Profile

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in areas like B2C sales, customer service, hospitality management, or luxury/ jewellery.
  • You fluently speak and write German and English, any other language is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Living in or near Munich is a must.
  • You are flexible (not 9-to-5-minded), independent, driven, dynamic and ambitious.
  • You have excellent communication skills, are digitally savvy, a problem-solver and have a strong commercial mindset.
  • You have an eye for detail, you are honest and reliable, demonstrate a high degree of integrity and a high sense of responsibility.
