Showroom Sales Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Office/Showroom team at Fireplace Gallery Fires & Stoves in Gloucester. We are looking for the right person to fit in with our team, and no previous experience is necessary as full training will be given.
We are a well-established business and are ideally looking for someone who is friendly and confident and who would like to grow with the company over time. If you can show initiative, work well within a team and will enjoy building a good rapport working with our customers and their design ideas, please do apply.
This will be a specialised knowledgeable role and although previous experience of the fireplace industry is not necessary, customer service, sales and/or office experience is an advantage and full training will be given.

• Face to face showroom advice and sales of Gas, Electric and Solid Fuel Fires, Stoves, and Surrounds
• Creating individualised estimates and design ideas for customers and working with them for the duration of their purchase and installation process
• Processing orders (computer based)
• Taking telephone orders and customer phone calls
• Ordering of products (online and by phone)
• Liaising with the field-based engineers and other colleagues
• Liaising with manufacturers/suppliers
• Planning engineer diary and booking jobs
