ABOUT THE JOB:

Are you passionate about fitness and a “gear nerd” and have extensive knowledge of fitness equipment?
We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of a manager for our Calgary Showroom. This position would be managing 1-2 other sales associates and overseeing the general operations of the showroom in addition to acting as a sales associate.
This position will be required to work a set schedule of Sunday to Thursday, from 10am to 6:30pm.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about fitness equipment, who also has experience in a sales role. Previous leadership experience is also required.
This is a highly independent role so problem solving and self-starting are a must.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting customers with product selection and dropping knowledge bombs
  • Managing the showroom team
  • Merchandising
  • Upselling customers
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Assisting the Customer Support team with email tickets and other inquiries
