Description:

SHOWROOM SALES & SUPPORT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA - SATURDAYS

We are the market leaders of premium Garden Rooms in Ireland. Our customers use their Garden Rooms as Home Offices, Teenager Dens, Music studios, Therapy Rooms, Art Studios, and Home Gyms.
We are looking for someone who will be the first point of contact for our customers and will need to empathize with our customer’s needs, and guide them through our products and business flow. You should enjoy meeting new and interesting people and should be a stickler for detail.
Outside of meeting potential customers you will also be responsible for managing and creating content for our Social Media channels.
Our Showroom is based near Finglas (exit 5 off the M50).

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Confident and curious, with excellent communication skills
Keen interest in people and their purchasing behaviours
Qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
Creative Mindset
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Organised and analytical, with the ability to multitask while working unsupervised
Intuitive and Well Presented

Responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for customers
You will meet and greet potential customers by phone, email and in our showrooms
Ability to screen and vet potential customers, their budget and the likelihood of them becoming a customer is a very important part of the role.
Pass quality leads onto our sales team
Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Hootsuite, LinkedIn in a tone that sits well with our brand and customer service values
Work with us to develop marketing content – create blog posts, video testimonials, press releases.
Keep the Showroom presentable at all times and ensure adequate supply of marketing material
Assist the sales team with admin related tasks, including quotes, contracts, drawings and correspondence if required
