Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Showroom Team Leader to ensure the smooth daily operation of the showroom by organising workloads, offering guidance, coaching, training, and mentoring to enhance individual and team performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily showroom activities, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement consistent processes and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and completion of work orders.
- Analyse and improve showroom tasks and processes.
- Facilitate training and mentoring for team members.
- Perform sales and administrative duties.
- Engage with customers and provide personalised consults.
- Manage sample stock and follow-up processes.
- Advise on product range and customer requests.
- Participate in team leader meetings.
