Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, approachable, and experienced Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and demonstrate compassion and patience when interacting with our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while providing trustworthy and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport passengers between designated locations on time
  • Ensure vehicle is clean and always maintained
  • Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all passengers.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Assist passengers on and off bus, ensuring that they are safe.
  • Assist guests to airlines and coordinate with airline staff to ensure special accommodations are met
  • Follow scheduled routes and adjust to traffic or road conditions to maintain on-time service.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 4 driver’s license.
  • Previous experience driving a shuttle or similar vehicle.
  • Strong customer service skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues.
  • A commitment to safety and ensuring the well-being of all passengers.
