Description:
We have an Internal vacancy for an employee to take on additional responsibilities as an SIA Executive Lead. This position is available across all EMEA and APAC locations
Role Overview
We are currently looking to appoint an ‘Executive Lead’ who will be responsible for chairing, leading, developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company’s community development efforts. The position will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage activities that will contribute towards building a caring and inclusive culture within the company.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing CSR employee led/voluntary programs, as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Acting as a an executive lead for the Company’s CSR initiatives in various geographies and building relationships with country SIA Ambassadors and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices across a global business
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Working with marketing and other internal teams to drive internal engagement and promote storytelling and deliverable actions
- Supporting SIA budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
Skill Set & Experience
- ou have prior experience within a similar role.
- You have knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), and best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
- You have strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries.
- You have proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results.
- You can seek out, understand and incorporate feedback from the underserved communities we want to serve.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials tailored for the audience.
