REQUIREMENTS:

  • English and Dutch fluent in speaking and writing
  • Experience in multiple process management, decision making and customer exposed service delivery (min. 3 year of process management operational experience on manager role).
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business partners and with the customers
  • Ability to take decisions where necessary within the scope of the role and consider the impact of decisions and actions on the customer.
  • Responsibility of quality for delivered process, inputs for audits, reaching targets on service and organizational level

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the process framework adherence across multiple vendor ecosystem
  • You will be responsible for making sure that Services are E2E delivered by multiple parties and individually
  • You will be negotiating, training all delivery teams within ecosystem (including external vendor teams) on how to utilize the processes agreed jointly
  • You will drive common Continual Service Improvements programs
  • You will be leading Process reviews and Supplier performance reviews
  • You will oversee E2E delivery across entire scope
  • Preparing and keeping up to date the process documentation
  • Acting as an interface between processes, technical groups and customer
  • Acting as escalation point to expedite processes
  • Ensuring that E2E KPIs are reported, and their targets are met
  • Analysing trends, anomalies to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvements
