PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in ASIC Physical Design and/or CAD development
  • Hands-on experience with Place and Route, Timing Analysis, and Physical Verification tools from Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens
  • Experience with Python.
  • Knowledge in ML and LLM
  • Experience with data analytics applications, database management

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Graphics Technologies and Engineering (G&E) Methodology team is seeking an experienced ASIC Physical Design Engineer to develop and improve design flows using AI techniques for next generation silicon design products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Improving design flows for Floor planning, Synthesis, Place & Route, Static Timing Analysis, IR drop analysis, Physical Verification in latest semi-conductor technologies
  • Developing and Integrating ML and LLM applications for Physical Design flows
  • Performing data analysis and identifying design trends
  • Customizing and implementing solutions for new challenges
  • Collaborating with multi-site engineering teams to reach project goals
