Simmons Adaptive is currently seeking for private banking legal consultants for a live client assignment with one of the firms’ key global banking clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of issues related to private banking, including wealth management, estate planning, tax matters, and investment services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts to protect the bank’s interests and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all private banking activities adhere to local and international legal standards.
• Offer guidance on the legal implications of new products and services, as well as on major business initiatives and strategies.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may impact the private banking business and advise on necessary actions.
