UNIT SISTER/CHARGE NURSE-ISGU
Band 6 36 hours per week rotational post covering days/nights and weekends
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an already strong hardworking team within the Surgical Division
We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual who possess excellent care values and are able to deliver a high quality service within the surgical inpatient areas.
You must have a strong sense of team spirit and be able to offer continued development support and learning to an existing well developed team.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent clinical leadership and organisational skills whilst working in a fast paced and challenging environment.
You will be expected to plan coordinate and work in partnership with an established MDT
To provide clinical expertise to the ward/department team, acting as a role model in the delivery of patient care. To support the Team leader in the effective management of the clinical area. To always act in a manner consistent with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct, carrying out his/her duties in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
