Description:
To lead and develop a researched & evidence-based Emergency Gynae Care service including the Early Pregnancy service. To provide a comprehensive service for the community and the Trust in the management of all Gynaecology and Early Pregnancy patients presenting with issues and complications. To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of patient care. To act as a multi-disciplinary leader for personnel involved in the UGCC service, with emphasis upon liaison, decision making, assessment, communication, initiation of planning, development and change in the service, with support of the Senior Sister and Clinical Matron
