WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous experience as a Site Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to record-keeping and data management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mun Siong Engineering Limited, a leading engineering solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our office located in the Gul Circle West Region. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to staff and workers, such as updating their attendance, overtime planning in their time sheet
  • Handling various administrative tasks like petty cash claiming and training schedules/request
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring efficient and effective communication
  • Providing support for special projects and events as needed
  • Maintaining and updating administrative records and databases
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc matters, when required
