Description:

  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails / correspondence.
  • Manage filing system and logs.
  • Arrange for the prompt delivery of document required to be sent back to head office.
  • Compile, maintain and update telephone directory of numbers / addresses, documents – viz.
  • Update the bulletin board by posting and removing of outdated materials.
  • Ensures the office and meeting rooms are kept clean at all times.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain and update materials stock record card.
  • Compile and summarize all verified copies of D.O and send original back to head office.
  • Control / requisition of site office stationaries.
  • Maintain and update site staff personal records – leaves, MC, etc.
  • Provide support to the Quality Management System (QMS) for its effectiveness.
  • Any other duties assigned by Project Manager / Construction Manager from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least one (1) year of working experience as administrator or site clerk.
  • Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good administration skill.
  • Willing to work in Kwasa Damansara, Selangor.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
