Description:
- Handle incoming / outgoing mails / correspondence.
- Manage filing system and logs.
- Arrange for the prompt delivery of document required to be sent back to head office.
- Compile, maintain and update telephone directory of numbers / addresses, documents – viz.
- Update the bulletin board by posting and removing of outdated materials.
- Ensures the office and meeting rooms are kept clean at all times.
- Answer phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Maintain and update materials stock record card.
- Compile and summarize all verified copies of D.O and send original back to head office.
- Control / requisition of site office stationaries.
- Maintain and update site staff personal records – leaves, MC, etc.
- Provide support to the Quality Management System (QMS) for its effectiveness.
- Any other duties assigned by Project Manager / Construction Manager from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one (1) year of working experience as administrator or site clerk.
- Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good administration skill.
- Willing to work in Kwasa Damansara, Selangor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
