Description:

ALBANNA RAED seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Administrator with a strong background in both the construction and oil & gas industries. The Site Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions on site, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to management, engineers, contractors, and field personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Administration:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative functions at the construction site or oil & gas facility.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, project documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate the flow of information between different teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Document Control:
  • Organize, manage, and ensure the accuracy of all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, safety reports, and permits.
  • Track and update project timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Manage the receipt, distribution, and filing of plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to ensure effective communication and project progression.
  • Coordinate site meetings, record minutes, and track action items.
  • Address any administrative or operational issues promptly to maintain productivity.
  • Health, Safety, and Compliance:
  • Ensure that all administrative activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Support the site in maintaining a safe working environment by assisting with safety audits, reporting incidents, and managing compliance documents.
  • Prepare and maintain safety reports, equipment certifications, and permits as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Procurement and Inventory:
  • Assist with ordering and tracking construction materials, equipment, and supplies for the site.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
  • Personnel Support:
  • Manage employee timekeeping and payroll for the site workforce, ensuring accuracy in reports.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of workers, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on project progress, safety statistics, and administrative activities to senior management.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience in the construction and/or oil & gas industries.
  • Solid understanding of construction and oil & gas project processes, regulations, and terminology.
  • Experience with document management systems, project management tools, and reporting software.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of industry-specific software being a plus (e.g., Procore, SAP, or similar).
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements specific to construction and oil & gas projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (Construction or Oil & Gas).
  • HAZWOPER certification (for oil & gas-related projects).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont
