Site Administrator - Kinsale
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organisational excellence? Join us at Sodexo as a Site Administrator at our prestigious Lilly Kinsale site. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless administrative management across the site.
As a key member of our team, you’ll assist GSM & Site Managers with payroll processing, compliance tasks, and managing essential administrative duties. You’ll work closely with team members to promote a “One Team” approach and contribute to an efficient, high-performing site environment.

Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and efficiently for the site.
Prepare quotations, material orders, and maintain timesheets.
Organise office records and manage scheduling of meetings and room bookings.
Take meeting notes and create PowerPoint presentations.
Conduct stock-taking and ensure supplies are well-maintained.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety regulations, and site rules.
Promote a collaborative, efficient team environment while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
