Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Site Administrator for our multi-customer warehouse at Truganina VIC, you’ll provide essential and broad administrative support to the operations management team and colleagues in the wider warehouse operations, to help ensure that we run smoothly day-to-day.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Receive employees, customers, contractors and other visitors to the site, including support for site inductions
  • Coordinate, collate and process various information for contractors and employees into our systems (e.g. weekly timesheets, licences, training records, safety data, etc.)
  • Complete regular and ad-hoc general administrative and office support tasks
  • Help develop, maintain, update and share relevant site processes, procedures, and other information.

Our ideal candidate has experience in an administrative support role in any industry as well as:

  • Intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems and working with technologies generally
  • Good written and verbal communication, time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, know when to seek advice, suggest solutions or escalate as required
  • Bonus: experience working in a warehousing / distribution environment in any capacity
