We’re looking for a Site Administrator to join our team in Papenburg, this role offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our site office. This is an exciting opportunity to support with the reopening of our Papenburg Site Office through to delivery of two exciting new projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- This role demands a high level of organisation, some of the responsibilities include: Ensuring legislative compliance with all health and safety requirements of the site team and visitors
- Managing incoming and outgoing post including internal distribution and required courier services.
- Supporting the site office team by managing incoming phone calls as well as email inbox management for relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring all files and documents relating to the administration of the shipbuilding projects are maintained appropriately, including the use of databases
- Assisting with the translation of documents in the languages with which the Site Administrator is familiar
- Producing correspondence and documentation for the shipbuilding projects according to the direction of the Building Manager
- Supporting with a variety of other administrative tasks required for the operation of the site office and the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
You will be working in shipyards or sites where cruise ships are under construction for the brands within Carnival Corporation. You will provide support to the Building Manager for all general office administration. You will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO) enabling collaboration with other site administrators and colleagues globally.
